Saturday 7th May 2005 Is Küba a place or a state of mind? Each inhabitant defines Küba differently, but many speak in terms of escape and freedom. Is Küba a liberated collective of outsiders, or an imaginary community established by the language of violence? Is it the model or the exception to the way the rest of us live?
